Superb quality and exceptional service.
The product itself was very well made with an overall feel of quality. Everything from the design to the locking mechanism works flawlessly and even without the service, it is well worth the cost.
The customer service is however exceptional. Being a picky customer with special requests and demands, I did not expect everything to be exactly as I wanted. ginger rose proved me wrong and exceeded all my expectations with a textbook example of customer service.
Overall, with the product itself combined with the service I got, I can only wholeheartedly recommend ginger rose. The price is a reflection of the quality and I would pay it any day for what I got.
