Mainland UK orders
We aim to send UK orders within 24 - 48 hours via either a next day service with Interlink Express or First Class with Royal Mail (Monday - Friday)
We send worldwide with DHL Express.
For all orders we’ll need a mobile number (used only for delivery and tracking information), and sorry, we’re unable to delivery to PO BOX addresses.

There may be an extra charge for express services.
Whilst we’re really confident you’ll be thrilled with your order; we know sometimes things just don’t quite fit the bill.
So if something isn’t right, you can return items within 14 days of receipt.
Returned items must be unused, in the original packaging and in the condition you received it in to be eligible for a refund.
Sorry, there’s no refunds or returns available for personalised or sale items or gift cards.
We offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged.
If an item is faulty or gets damaged on its journey to you, we’ll arrange a replacement.
Let us know within 48 hours of receipt, keep all the packaging and take photos of any damage.
How to return items to Ginger Rose:

We’ll need your order details and then we’ll send you a returns code.
Carefully package your items back up in their original packaging.
Label with your returns code.
Send by registered post to: Ginger Rose Returns, PO Box 1222, King's Lynn, Norfolk PE30 9EQ
You’ll need to pay any shipping costs for returning your item, and these are non-refundable.
Keep your proof of sending receipt until your refund has been issued.
We can’t be held responsible for goods lost or damaged on return.
You can return your items within 14 days of receipt if something isn’t right.

Unfortunately we won’t be able to offer you a refund after this time, and there’s no refunds or returns available for personalised or sale items or gift cards.
Once we’ve received your item back, we’ll pop you an email to let you know we’re processing your refund.
A credit will then automatically be made to your original method of payment.

If your item was shipped directly to you as a gift, you’ll receive a gift card credited to the value of your return.
