Delivery - mainland UK

A free delivery service is offered on all products to mainland UK addresses.

We work swiftly at Ginger Rose HQ and aim to dispatch all orders on a next day service via Interlink Express (Monday - Friday.) However, during peak periods please allow up 2 - 3 working days for your goods to arrive (especially if your item is personalised.)

Delivery - outside of the UK

We accept orders for global destinations. Please email info@ginger-rose.co.uk for prices and service options.

We have every confidence in our products. However, if you are in any way dissatisfied with your purchase you may return it to us within 14 days. Please contact us beforehand so we can issue you with a returns code. In the unlikely event of goods arriving damaged or not as ordered, please inform us within 48 hours of receipt and we will happily arrange a replacement.

We suggest that all returned items are sufficiently packaged and clearly labelled with your returns code. It's best to send by registered post, (remember to keep the proof of sending receipt somewhere safe!) as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged. We ask you very kindly that all items are returned in the same condition/packaging that they were delivered in.
